Merve Oflaz is a teacher trainer, presenter and a materials developer. She has been a teacher since 1998. She has a B.A. in TEFL from Marmara University. She has an M.A. in TEFL and also in Curriculum and Instruction from Yeditepe University. She is now a PhD student in Curriculum and Instruction at the same university. She holds the ICELT Certificate. She has trained English teachers and teachers of other subjects all over Turkey, written articles and given talks at local and international conferences. She has reviewed and given feedback on course books and edtech products for international publishers and institutions. She has been awarded for her work in creating lesson activities, delivering presentations, directing children’s plays and blogging. In 2020, she was honoured as one of the women in the British Council project “80 years, 80 women and 80 stories”.

    Thank you for informing me about your blog. I liked your blog, your tagline and the background are catchy :) ) I will create my own blog, too. However, nowadays I am quite busy since I am planning to take TOEFL either in April and in the beginning of May. I need it for my MA application.
